Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead human resource planning, organizational development, and talent management initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the company's strategic goal of accelerating commercialization by 2025 through effective HR strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Planning and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategic plans aligned with company objectives. Design talent planning and organizational development strategies based on industry trends and business needs.
  • Leadership Development: Create and execute training programs for middle/senior management and key employees to enhance leadership and professional capabilities.
  • Organizational Development: Optimize organizational structures, improve departmental functions and processes, and establish efficient decision-making mechanisms.
  • Change Management: Provide support and solutions for organizational changes during commercialization acceleration.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies with focus on high-end and scarce positions to build talent pipelines.
  • Performance Management: Build and optimize performance evaluation systems, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
  • Employee Development: Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to foster employee growth and business goal achievement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in strategic HR roles
  • Proven track record in organizational development and talent management
  • Strong expertise in performance management systems design
  • Excellent understanding of change management principles
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Experience in high-tech or fast-growing industries preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in HR or related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
  • Experience supporting commercialization initiatives
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision making
